1. Acceptable Use
By purchasing or activating any eSIM product from Alobuddy, you agree to use the service only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
You must not use the service in any way that:
- Violates local, national, or international laws
- Infringes on the rights of others
- Involves fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access to networks
- Causes harm, disruption, or excessive load to telecom networks
2. User Misuse
Alobuddy is not responsible for any misuse of the eSIM or related services.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Illegal or fraudulent activity
- Using the eSIM for scams, spam, or prohibited communications
- Violating usage rules set by the network operator
- Traffic that triggers a provider’s fraud or security system
- Sharing, transferring, or reselling the eSIM without authorization
Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of service without refund, as determined by the underlying provider.
3. Device Compatibility & Installation
Users are fully responsible for ensuring that:
- Their device is unlocked and eSIM-compatible
- They install and activate the eSIM correctly
- They enter all details (QR code, activation code, APN, etc.) accurately
Alobuddy is not liable for issues caused by:
- Incompatible or locked devices
- Incorrect installation
- Failure to follow instructions
- Deleting or removing the eSIM after activation
4. Network Performance & Third-Party Services
All eSIM services are provided through third-party telecom operators.
As a reseller, Alobuddy does not control network quality, coverage, or availability.
We are not responsible for:
- Network outages
- Slow speeds, throttling, or signal loss
- Changes in roaming policies by network partners
- Performance issues caused by the provider
All network-related disputes are subject to the provider’s policies.
5. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Alobuddy provides eSIM products “as-is” and “as-available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alobuddy is not liable for:
- Loss of data, business, or travel disruptions
- Service interruptions or inability to activate the eSIM
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
